Registration at University

International students needs to register to the University. You will get a folder, a welcome package containing all documents you will need and guidance.

In the beginning of each and every semester you have to complete your personal, paper-based registration. The registration takes place at the Coordinating Center for International Education and the Registrar’s Office.

When you register you will get a folder, a welcome package containing all documents you will need and guidance.

Please make sure to bring the following documents:
  • passport
  • original high school diploma (officially translated to English or Hungarian)
  • 2 passport photos
  • Proof of payment of the tuition fee
Please note that you have 2 weeks to complete your personal registration.

Your lecture card will be made here too. Lecture card is a plastic card that identifies you on lectures and seminars.

Medical check-up is part of the registration procedure, so every students need to go through a medical check up, that means blood test , phisical examination and a chest X-ray. You will get the first appointment. You cannot miss that appointment even if you will have class by that time. Official medical certifications can only be given in case the student completed every part of the required test.

Place off medical check up, it is opposite to Educational Office.
